Booking and payment
A 20% non-refundable retainer secures your appointment and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Reschedule or cancel through your account before the self-service cutoff shown on your appointment. For later changes, contact Shaza directly. Travel fees are based on the one-way distance from our location. Please confirm the distance with Shaza if you are unsure.
Appointment prices, travel charges, the retainer and the remaining balance are shown before payment. An appointment is confirmed only after successful payment verification. A selected time may be held temporarily while you complete checkout; an unpaid hold expires automatically.
Changes and cancellations
Self-service cancellation and rescheduling are available until 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and keeps your booked service, location and retainer. For a different service, location or changes after the cutoff, send Shaza a message through your account. Cancellation does not automatically refund the retainer. If Shaza cannot provide a confirmed appointment, contact the business to arrange an alternative or discuss a refund.
On-location travel
Travel fees use the one-way driving distance from Shaza’s business location to the address entered during booking. The current pricing bands appear on the services page. Enter a complete and accurate address. A change of location may change the fee and must be arranged with Shaza.
Appointment details
Appointments are shown in America/New_York. Please provide a reachable phone number and accurate booking information. Share any product sensitivities or allergies before your appointment. Arrive ready at the reserved time and message Shaza as soon as possible if you are delayed.
Your booking access
You can book as a guest or create an account by adding a password in checkout. Keep your password or private guest appointment link secure and your contact details accurate. Guests can view and manage their appointment through the link in their confirmation email. Account holders can check appointments and messages in their account. Your appointment page shows the current booking and payment status.
Address suggestions
Google Maps powers address suggestions and travel estimates, subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
