What to know before your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
Choose your service, select an available date and time, and confirm your location. Enter your contact details and pay a 20% retainer through Stripe. Book as a guest, or add an optional password in checkout to create an account. Your appointment is confirmed after payment is verified.
What is the retainer?
A 20% non-refundable retainer secures your appointment and is applied to the full total, including any travel fee. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Your exact retainer and balance are shown before checkout.
Do you offer on-location appointments?
Yes. Enter the appointment address during booking to calculate one-way driving distance and the travel fee. You’ll see the cost before payment. Travel bands are listed on the services page.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel through your account or the private link in your guest confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling keeps the same service and location and transfers your existing payment. The retainer is non-refundable on cancellation. For later changes or a different service or location, message Shaza.
What is included in my appointment?
Soft Glam, Full Glam and Bridal Makeup include strip lashes and body glow. Your service description lists the duration and details. Bridal Trial includes a personalized consultation and a full makeup trial.
Should I book a bridal trial?
A bridal trial is a chance to explore your wedding vision and perfect your look before the day. Book it as a separate 90-minute appointment, and bring any inspiration you would like to share.
How should I prepare?
Bring your makeup inspiration and let Shaza know about any sensitivities, allergies or preferences before your appointment. For personalized preparation advice, send a message through your account.
Where can I find my booking and messages?
Guests can open the private appointment link in their confirmation email for details, payment status and changes. If you created an account, sign in to your account. Your messages keep your conversation with Shaza in one place.
Which time zone are appointments in?
Appointment times are shown in Shaza’s business time zone: America/New_York. Washington, DC uses Eastern Time, including daylight saving time when applicable.
