These terms apply when you join and use the Glam by Shaza affiliate program. Your customer account and appointments continue to follow the booking terms.
Joining and your account
Affiliate signup creates a customer account and affiliate access together. If you already have a customer account, you can add affiliate access using that login. Provide an accurate full name, email, phone number and mailing address, and keep them current. Keep your password secure. There is no fee to join and no promise of a particular amount of earnings.
Your link and promo codes
We assign you a personal website link, which you can rename in your dashboard. Previous link names continue to work. A valid link visit can be attributed for 30 days from that visit. You may create up to 10 active promo codes at a time, subject to the discount limit shown in your dashboard. A code entered at checkout takes priority over a clicked affiliate link. A code only works while it is active, your affiliate access is active and the code is within the current discount limit.
Commission and review
The commission rate recorded on a booking applies to the service price after any promo discount. Travel fees do not earn commission. The rate and discount limits shown in the program may change for future bookings, and Shaza may set a different rate or limit for an individual affiliate. Booking records keep the rate and discount used when that booking was made. A visit or pending booking is not a payable commission.
Shaza reviews commissions after the appointment is completed and fully paid. Cancelled, expired, no-show, refunded, duplicate or self referred bookings are not eligible. Shaza can deny or return a commission to review if the booking does not qualify. You can see each booking’s commission status in your dashboard and contact Shaza through account messages if you believe a review is wrong.
Manual payouts
When your approved, unpaid balance reaches $100, Shaza can send a manual payout to the Zelle destination or US bank account you provide. Add and keep your payout details accurate in your dashboard. Your dashboard shows recorded payouts. Payment timing depends on manual review and processing; reaching the threshold does not trigger an automatic transfer. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your affiliate earnings.
Sharing responsibly
Recommendations must be honest and make your commission relationship clear. Follow our affiliate disclosure guide. Do not use misleading claims, spam, impersonation, unauthorized use of Shaza’s branding, or your own link or code to earn commission on your booking. Do not promise a discount that your active code does not provide.
Program changes and suspension
Shaza may change program settings, review questionable activity, disable a code or suspend affiliate access for misuse. Suspension stops new link and code referrals but does not prevent you from signing in as a customer or viewing existing referral and payout history. Commission already attached to a booking remains subject to eligibility and review under these terms. Contact Shaza through the contact page with questions about a change or suspension.
